Service.
These Terms govern use of the Mumin LLC website, client portal, project-request tools, scheduling features, and Mumin AI. A separate project proposal, statement of work, or agreement may apply to paid client work.
1. Acceptance
By using this website or creating a client account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the account, portal, or interactive services.
2. Project requests are not contracts
Submitting a project request, booking or requesting a meeting, exchanging messages, or using Mumin AI does not by itself create a binding contract for design, development, consulting, or other paid services. Project scope, deliverables, price, payment schedule, ownership, revisions, timeline, warranties, and acceptance criteria should be confirmed in a separate written proposal, statement of work, invoice, or agreement.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your password when you use one, and keeping access to any linked sign-in provider secure. Mumin may offer third-party sign-in, such as Continue with Google, as an optional convenience. You may not access another person’s account or attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or security controls. Mumin may suspend or remove an account when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address abuse.
4. Appointments
Appointment times shown by the website are intended to help coordinate availability. A requested meeting may be rescheduled or cancelled when necessary. Phone and Zoom options are logistical preferences, not guarantees that a particular representative will be available until the meeting is confirmed through the normal project process.
5. Pricing and timelines
General website content or AI responses are not binding quotations. Pricing and timing depend on project scope, technical complexity, content, integrations, revisions, dependencies, and client responsiveness. Only a written project-specific agreement or approved proposal controls those terms.
6. Client responsibilities
For paid work, clients are responsible for providing timely access, content, approvals, credentials, feedback, and other materials reasonably required for the agreed project. Clients must have the right to use any materials they provide to Mumin.
7. Intellectual property
The Mumin website, branding, interface design, original copy, code, and other Mumin-owned materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Ownership and licensing of project deliverables created for a client are governed by the separate project agreement. Nothing on this website transfers ownership of Mumin’s pre-existing tools, methods, templates, know-how, or intellectual property.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use the website, portal, APIs, or AI features to interfere with the service, distribute malware, scrape or attack the system, impersonate another person, submit unlawful content, violate third-party rights, bypass limits, or use automated traffic in a way that degrades service for others.
9. Mumin AI
Mumin AI can provide general information and help users navigate Mumin services. AI-generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. Do not rely on Mumin AI as legal, medical, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Project prices, commitments, deadlines, and private client information are not established by an AI response.
10. Third-party services
The website may rely on or link to third-party services, such as hosting, email delivery, identity providers, AI providers, video-meeting platforms, payment tools, design files, or cloud storage. Mumin is not responsible for third-party services that are outside Mumin’s control, and their own terms and privacy policies may apply.
11. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue website features, account features, AI providers, or integrations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
12. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and self-service features are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Mumin disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mumin LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of the public website, client portal, or AI features. Any liability relating to a paid client project is governed by the separate agreement for that project.
14. Governing terms for paid work
If these Terms conflict with a signed project-specific agreement, statement of work, or other written contract between Mumin and a client, the project-specific agreement controls for that project.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as our website and services evolve. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
